I am a gentle soul, who likes to please others, while I am no saint to be sure as we all have a dark side to us, I wish no harm to anyone.

Raven was born in Madrid to parents who were heavily involved in the mystical arts. Pillars and servants of their community, they had been relied upon by the townsfolk, but over time they came under persecution by the church, fearing for their very lives. What wealth they had they sent with Raven as they put her on the boat for Venexia.

Raven finds a sense of honor in serving, even if many of the vampires look down upon the humans, she knows they could not survive without them

Raven is young and can be hot-headed at times, but is generally a sweet-dispositioned girl. She is naive and a bit precocious, which can get her into trouble. She has a big heart and cares very much for others, especially those who have been placed in harm's way.

Not very far from Rome where my family had a mannor before my brother deserted from the navy and "loaned" 2 of their better ships when he took off. My family was stripped from everything we owned, land and titles. Those of us that managed to get away will not return to take more punishment.

Hopes that one of the nobles will loose his heart to me so i can again get a life more like i was used to before.

My family died when I was young, my Uncle later took me in as his ward. I have only recently moved to this city, before that I lived in many different countries, though if you press me to tell you about them I cannot say much as I don't remember most of them.

After my Uncle passed I decided to come here. I wanted to come to a place I had never been to. I was aware of the populace of Venexia, but it was the beauty of the city I'd heard about that drew me here. I knew of the bite, though I have no fear of it. As to being Borghesia? It seemed natural considering my families lineage.

I haven't a temper, I am already ill. To scream or yell would only make it worse.

I was born the only daughter and youngest child of the wealthy merchant, Antony di Lombardi and his wife Alessandra. My mother, Alessandra, died during my birth and I think my father grew to resent me for that. As a child, being the only girl of 7 children, I quickly earned the reputation of being the "gem" of the family. As the" gem" of the family, I was kept locked indoors at all times for my own protection, by being told that I was sickly and the outside air would trigger my sickness. That meant no friends and no playmates, save for my brothers whenever they could escape from their studies. However, that time was used well in my studies and I became much accomplished at singing, French, literature, math, and dancing. At the ripe age of 16, I was betrothed to a man old enough to be my father plus some and promised to wed him at the age of 18. I had only met him twice before, once when I was 8, and the other time at our engagement party when he presented me with a little bird in a gilt cage and a kiss. He was handsome, and a kind and gentle man; albeit a little old, but I fancied myself in love with him and couldn't wait until our wedding day. At 17 , my father told me my fiance reneged on our marriage contract and left town, by brother later told me my fiance died from the wasting sickness. My father blamed me, and from then on I have remained locked in the cage disguised as a home, with a jailer disguised as a father. That is until my father died a few days ago.

I want some amount of freedom however small it may be and I want to be able to control my own destiny. The bite will come, but at least it won't be in dark alley way when I least expect it.

Born in Genova, she lost her mother the day she was born and was the only daughter of a singing teacher and composer, Edoardo Heron, who not only supervised her studies but launched her on a career in public concerts at the age of 14.
Then when she was 16 years old she lost her beloved father to the plague. Leaving her as a pupil of one of his best friends and great musician Giacomo Albone who trained her even more in the art of singing and piano performance at the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella in Napoli.
She finished her musical education at the age of 21 and started touring with a well known company called Compagnia D'Opera Seria.

I didn't really choose to be a member my tutor back in Napoli told me that if i want to have a little more peace and a little more "control" of my blood i should be a Borguesia member...

I am simply Roxanne. In a past life i was know as Rocksie Alter.

I am orphan of an aristocratic Venexian family. When I was 13 years old my father forced me into a political marriage, however, the relationship was annulled four years later, when he no longer needed the backing of the groom's family. While terms of my divorce were being bargained, I was held hostage in a convent, completely isolated from the world whilst my father plotted my next marriage.
Half a year later I attended a ceremony in which judges from the Vatican decreed me to be a virgin. The divorce could be permitted, since as a putative virgin, I could not have consummated my marriage. After the ceremony I was returned to the convent for "safekeeping." Tragically, during my captivity, my entire family was poisoned by my father's enemies. Without a family to sponsor my stay at the convent, I have been turned away to fend for myself in the streets of a city now in the hands of vampires.
